Conklin Home Inspections believes in fair and transparent pricing. We also provide same-day reports in most circumstances.

We provide home inspections throughout the greater Kalispell, Flathead and Glacier communities.

We have competitive prices
We don't charge cancellation fees.
We don't typically charge to come back out and make sure areas of concern were addressed as long as we're already in the area. Special trips are charged at $50/hr.

Radon Testing

Water Testing

Radon Test | $150
Tests run for 48 hours and results are immediately available on my smartphone. Results are emailed to the client. We use Corentium Pro machines which are calibrated yearly. Crosschecks are performed every 10 tests.

Mold Testing

We do not currently offer mold testing
During the inspection we will make note of any areas with the appearance of microbial growth. Mold testing is specialized so we'd rather refer you to a state certified company.

All of our water tests are completed by Montana Environmental Lab (Flathead Counties ONLY certified water lab) . Utilizing certified professionals is a core value for us. (www.melab.us)
